Shipping methods

At Trust Pharmacy, we make it one of our key commitments to deliver your medications swiftly and securely. Currently, we offer two reliable and cost-effective shipping options to cater to the needs of our US-based and international customers: USPS Regular Airmail and USPS Express Courier.

Regular Airmail:

  • Delivery time: 10-21 days
  • Cost: approx. $15
  • Availability: available in the majority of countries worldwide

Express Courier:

  • Delivery time: 8-14 days
  • Cost: up to $25
  • Availability: U.S.-based customers only

How does it work at Trust Pharmacy?

Here is how it works when you choose to place an order with Trust Pharmacy via its website:

  1. Browse our online catalog and add your chosen medicinal or non-medicinal products to your virtual cart. Proceed to the checkout page to provide essential details, including personal info, billing and delivery addresses, and payment data.
  1. Specify your preferred delivery method – Regular Airmail or Express Courier. If ordering from abroad, make sure to check whether your destination country allows importing medications from the USA. Feel free to contact our Customer Support if you need assistance with that.
  1. We recommend that our customers track the progress of their parcels containing the ordered medications using the shipping information provided by us and the courier. Check regularly for order status updates and report any unexpected issues or delays with your package immediately for prompt resolution.

Tips to keep in mind for a smooth and hitch-free delivery:

  • If you intend to make use of our compounding services and request your medicines to be shipped to you within the United States, contact us first to make sure the product you require is eligible for such delivery and can be shipped over to you safely and in time.
  • Medications can be sensitive to heat and humidity. Avoid leaving them unattended in your postbox for a long time upon delivery, where they can be exposed to sunlight or moisture.
  • Delivery times may be extended for medications bound for remote rural areas or during holidays, so plan accordingly.
  • If you have specific delivery preferences or instructions, make sure to discuss them with our Customer Support team during the ordering process.
  • Always double-check to make sure your order form is completed correctly and contains accurate information before submitting it. Once the form has been submitted, you will have a 30-minute grace period to cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support team. If done outside this timeframe, cancellation fees might apply.
