Prescription Return Policy

Adhering to legal regulations, we cannot accept returns for any prescription medications purchased at Trust Pharmacy. Once a prescription leaves the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for resale. TP does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for compounded medications. Custom-compounded medications cannot be legally returned, exchanged, or refunded due to their personalized nature and prescription-based formulation.

If there has been an error made by us in your prescription, we will replace it at no cost or refund your expenses. A prescription error includes any preventable event that may lead to inappropriate medication use or potential harm to the user. We are not responsible for errors made by the physician prescribing the medication, the patient’s inability to retrieve the package in a timely fashion, the customer’s general dissatisfaction with medication unrelated to the quality or safety of the ordered prescription product, or refill request mistakes.

You are solely responsible for informing us of any adjustments made to your therapy, personal info changes, address updates, and other changes that may impact your prescription and your satisfaction with your purchase at our pharmacy.

If your prescription has been recognized as faulty by us and authorized for return/refund, you will have 14 days to return it to Trust Pharmacy. Prescriptions cannot be refunded after 14 days. Any refunds outside this period are at the pharmacist’s discretion and shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with your OTC purchase, we gladly accept returns for a full refund. You can request and initiate a return for your non-prescription purchase within 90 days of the purchase date without there being any restocking fees. The OTC products authorized for return must be returned to us unopened, in original condition and packaging, including documentation. Any containers that have been opened or in other way damaged by the customer or in transit by the third party are not eligible for return and refund.

Which Products Are Not Eligible for Return?

The following products are not eligible for return at Trust Pharmacy:

  • Opened items, partially used items, or disfigured items. It is your responsibility to check the package carefully at the time of product acceptance from the delivery service.
  • Products that have been tampered with.
  • Products whose packaging, packaging box, or packaging seal have been tampered with. We advise our customers not to accept the order if the package appears tampered with.
  • Products labeled as non-returnable by the manufacturer.
  • Products that are missing any accessories/freebies supplied with them.
  • Products that do not have a serial number/UPC number/barcode affixed (that was present at the time of acceptance).
  • Products with signs of damage/defect that are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Products without original packing and documentation.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Products related to:
  • personal care
  • baby care
  • food and nutrition
  • healthcare devices
  • sexual wellness products
  • certain other items, including diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, health monitors, etc.

Trust Pharmacy might sometimes accept the return of any of these products if they are defective or deficient. Please contact our Customer Support team no later than 7 days after accepting any such product to request the initiation of the return process.

Refunds

If you are found eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund amount within up to 30 days of receiving, inspecting, and verifying your returned product. Please be informed that we can only refund via the original payment method.

In the event of receiving faulty products from Trust Pharmacy, we will issue a full refund covering delivery charges and reasonable return costs; however, our maximum liability for any failure to fulfill a legally bound order or service is limited to the price paid for that specific order or service.
